There is not much better (work related) then hearing a compliment from a boss that you never hear compliments from!
I was told today that I am doing a great job! That felt great! Being that I am doing 2 people's jobs right now and 1 of which I have never done before. I feel great right now, even though it has been an extremely long day and I am exhausted.
It is nice to be recognized.

That's soooooo great! It's amazing to feel appreciated. My Boss NEVER EVER EVER compliments or says thank you or anything. It's awful. Take it whenever you can Girl!! Have a great weekend!
